BIONIZE HERBAL
- BIONIZE HERBAL is a 100% herbal, water-based microbial–enzymatic solution designed for efficient treatment of municipal solid waste (MSW) and organic waste streams. Formulated with high-performance microbial strains including Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Trichoderma, and beneficial yeasts, it delivers a powerful enzyme spectrum—amylase, protease, lipase, cellulase, pectinase, urease, and nitrate reductase—to accelerate biodegradation and odor control. With a microbial strength of 1 × 10⁹ CFU per mL and an optimal pH range of 6.5–8.5, BIONIZE HERBAL integrates seamlessly with composting systems and STP operations. Dosing can be aligned with organic load variations and routine processing cycles, with increased frequency during high putrescible waste periods to maintain treatment efficiency. For best performance, the formulation should be stored between 2–30°C, protected from direct sunlight, handled using FIFO inventory practices, and applied using contamination-free dosing equipment to preserve microbial activity throughout its 12–24 month shelf life.
